Royal Australian Air Force A330-203 MRTT, A39-002

On the 12th March 2013 saw the first visit to New Zealand by an Royal Australian Air Force
A330-203 MRTT. 

A39-002 is part of Squadron 33 for the Royal Australian Air Force and arrived into Auckland on the 12th March, and departed on the 14th March.

This highly modified A330-200,  is used for air-air refueling.

Fiji Airways Brand New A330-200, DQ-FJT

It was a hot sunny day in Auckland, the 2nd April 2013 for the arrival of FIJI AIRWAYS first brand new A330-200, DQ-FJT, on her maiden trip to New Zealand.

Touch down on NZ soil was at 1302 local time.

Today saw the first commercial flight to New Zealand for the newly branded Fiji Airways pride and joy in their new A330-200 which is the replacement aircraft for its aging B747-400's. Well Done Fiji Airways.....

At the time of these photos it was being used as a Tow Plane for the local Gliding Club.

Air New Zealand Hobbit, ZK-OKP

Well at last,,,,, I have at least two photos of the Hobbit. I have been trying to get some shots of
Air New Zealands Hobbit, B777-300ER, ZK-OKP, for a while now. Until now it has has not been my luck to be around when the Hobbit has.

These shots are all I have come up with so far, but will endeavour to get some more, before the Hobbit Decals are removed.
