Jetstar have added another sticker to another one of their A320's.

VH-VFU has had the From Tokyo to Gold Coast Promotion or advertising added, promoting the website www.uniqlo.com which appears to be a online clothing store. Oh well something different I guess.

Jetstar Joins the Band....

Well I was not planning on this shot, but what a great job Jetstar's VH-VQR, did on hiding a complete B747-400, well almost all of. I think you will all know who's B747 it is.

Jetstar NZ Regional Q300 - VH-TQK

Jetstar have introduced their Q300's onto the New Zealand Regional Network flying to the provincial centres, adding to the competition in New Zealand on the domestic network.

So some first photos of VH-TQK heading out for runway 23L on a very warm and sunny Auckland Sunday afternoon.

Jetstar Regional Q300 Arrives in New Zealand - VH-TQM

Yesterday the 28th July saw the arrival into Auckland of Jetstar's first New Zealand Regional
Dash 8-Q300, VH-TQM from Brisbane, Australia via a tech stop in Norfolk Island.

Jetstar announced a few months ago that they were going to enter the New Zealand Regional market in December this year. From what I believe the routes and cities that Jetstar intend to operate to in the regional market in New Zealand is going to be announced on Monday in Wellington.

Jetstar I think intend to operate a fleet of 4 Q300's once fully operational in New Zealand.

Jetstar Orange A320, VH-VGF

At last some shots of Jetstar's bright orange A320, VH-VGF on the ground and going slow for some better photos than I got last time. VH-VGF is now a regular visitor to New Zealand skies on the domestic network for Jetstar.

as they taxi pass me on the way for a departure on 23L

VH-VGU is four years hold and was first registered in February 2010.

Jetstar have painted one of their A320's VH-VGF into this very bright and hard to miss livery, which has been on the New Zealand main trunk network this week.

Painted on one side is #jetstargeneration and on the other "Low fares forever"

Jetstar B787-8 First Auckland Flight

Jetstar today became the second carrier to fly the Boeing 787-8 into Auckland, and operating the first flight, JQ229 from Melbourne was VH-VKA.

Jetstar will only operate the B787's for a short time into Auckland at this stage operating the type only 3 days a week from Melbourne to Auckland and back.

A few shots of some Jetstar departures from Auckland on Runway 05R, on a beautiful still winters morning. The Jeststar livery is actually great for capturing on camera in different light conditions and looks great at sunset time.
