Sichuan Airlines A350-900, B-304V
Well the sun is slowly starting to set further in the north with the summer coming to an end, which means great sunset shots in Auckland.
I actually quite like the A350 and it's the best looking plane Airbus make.

China Airlines A350-900, B-18207
Well it sure is good to see another airline operate the A350 into Auckland.
China Airlines has become the second airline to operate the type into Auckland, along with Cathay Pacific.
Been trying to get some decent shots before the winter sets in and the days getting shorter which will make it hard to get some pics as the arrivals will be in the dark for winter.
Well lucky to get these of B-18207 arriving on the 6th April in the last of the Golden Hour.

Cathay Pacific A350, B-LRG
Happy New Year everyone for 2017.
I would also like to thank you for following my blog and photos in 2016, and I hope I can keep it interesting in 2017 with a bit of variety along the way. Sorry also for the long gap since I last posted some photos, have had a bit of a holiday and break away from plane photos, but will be slowly getting back into it.
My first photos of 2017 just happens to be of this early morning arrival of Cathay's A350, B-LRG arriving into Auckland on runway 05R. Its been a crap summer weather wise in Auckland this year but the weather gods were on my side today.
I would also like to thank you for following my blog and photos in 2016, and I hope I can keep it interesting in 2017 with a bit of variety along the way. Cathay Pacific A350, B-LRE
The Airbus A350 is one slick machine and sure looks great, and is the only Airbus that looks great in my opinion. Managed to get these photos of B-LRE taking off back to Hong Kong as CX198.
With the arrival of Hong Kong Airlines on the AKL-HKG route, this now sees three airlines competing for business on the sector.

Cathay Pacific's A350-900 Arrives In Auckland
Yesterday the 28th October 2016, saw Aviation History made again in Auckland, with the arrival of the first ever Commercial Passenger A350-900 flight touch down in Auckland.
Cathay Pacific has the honour of becoming the first Airline to operate the new state of the art Airbus A350 into New Zealand.
B-LRC had the honour also of being the first Cathay A350, touching down just before 1:00 pm local time in Auckland.
Great to see finally the A350 in service to New Zealand.
