Qatar commence Auckland - Doha
Monday 6th February saw the arrival into Auckland of Qatar Airways with their inaugural flight QR920 touching down in Auckland non stop from Doha.
Qatar will operate the B777-200LR on the ultra long haul flights between Doha - Auckland - Doha
making the sector one of the longest in the world.
A7-BBB had the honours of being the first aircraft to operate and seen here taxing out as QR921 for the 18 hour and 32 minute flight today back to Doha.
