Air Asia X scheduled arrival time is in the late afternoon, and they seem to arrive pretty much
on-time each day from the Gold Coast.
Their livery is one of the more colourful ones at Auckland, and they do have a number of special livery A330's also that do frequently visit us.

Well the weather was somewhat different a day earlier with these shots of
9M-XXY just appearing into the sun passing through a gap in the clouds at the right place.
