White Nosed A320

Air New Zealand's All Black livery A320, ZK-OAB is currently sporting a white nose cone. One would assume the old nose cone needed some maintenance or replacing, and there were no spare All Black Cones sitting around. I wonder how long this white nose cone will stay on ZK-OAB.

So a couple of shots for the records here.

AIR NEW ZEALAND - STAR ALLIANCE LIVERY

Air New Zealand's Star Alliance livery on ZK-OJH may not be around for much longer.
ZK-OJH is due for a repaint very soon I believe, and will wear the new livery of Air NZ, I believe also.

So that leave's open a new replacement for Star Alliance livery slot on different aircraft, I guess we will just have to wait and see......

This G550, N588PX visited Auckland last week, which turned out to be a very busy week for Corporate Jets in and out of Auckland. The first photo is a bit of an attempt at being a bit arty, more practice required I think.

Well its been a busy week at Auckland Airport. This week saw the Chinese President, Xi Jingping make a visit to New Zealand. And as one would expect, the logistics of flying one of the most powerful man in the world around requires a fair amount of planning.

Arriving into Auckland on the 16th Nov was this Air China Cargo B740-400, B-2475 arriving from Peking vis Nadi. B-2475 carried the Presidential Cars in advance.
