First up.....Sorry for the long gap since my last post, it's been a busy few weeks for me, have been away, and have had no computer for a week also, all sorted now.
Well its been a busy week at Auckland Airport. This week saw the Chinese President, Xi Jingping make a visit to New Zealand. And as one would expect, the logistics of flying one of the most powerful man in the world around requires a fair amount of planning.
Arriving into Auckland on the 16th Nov was this Air China Cargo
B740-400, B-2475 arriving from Peking vis Nadi.
B-2475 carried the Presidential Cars in advance.

Whilst in New Zealand, The President made a visit to Wellington, and Air China's B737-800
B-5342 was used as his transporting the President from Auckland to Wellington and back on the 20th Nov. B-5342 is seen here taxing out for takeoff from Auckland again.

And lastly, see here is the Chinese President departing Auckland on Friday 21st Nov in this immaculate Air China
