Royal Australian Air Force A330-203 MRTT, A39-002

On the 12th March 2013 saw the first visit to New Zealand by an Royal Australian Air Force
A330-203 MRTT. 

A39-002 is part of Squadron 33 for the Royal Australian Air Force and arrived into Auckland on the 12th March, and departed on the 14th March.

This highly modified A330-200,  is used for air-air refueling.

These photos are of the departure on the 14th March from Auckland.

Nice pics, A330-200 MRTT can fly 4,000km, can refuel six fighter aircraft & carry 43t.
